How do I become an affiliate?

Complete the online submission form and review the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read through all of the governing terms, which contain important information about billing, payment, qualified sales, and reporting.

The Agreement only takes effect once PlayFirst notifies you that it has accepted your application and provided a counter-signed Agreement and affiliate ID code. We do not authorize any links, use of artwork, or affiliations with PlayFirst.com until the counter-signed Agreement and affiliate code have been issued to you.

Does it cost me anything to participate?

No! You do not need to pay PlayFirst anything for joining the affiliate program and all PlayFirst.com product sales administration and technical support will be handled by our team.

How does it work?

Earn revenue with the PlayFirst Affiliate Program in just three easy steps:

1. Fill out and submit our online form. After we accept your application, we will provide the completed Agreement and your personal Affiliate ID Code.
2. Upon approval you'll receive instructions and examples of our approved affiliate banners and links. To implement affiliate links on your site simply embed your personal Affiliate ID code into the URL you will be using to link back to PlayFirst. (Please note: you may not link users directly to a download.)

3. Following the end of each month, PlayFirst will tally your sales and send you a check for commissions earned during the previous month (once your account reaches a total of $100).

How much can I earn?

As an Affiliate, your earnings depend on how many purchases you refer to PlayFirst.com - the potential is unlimited. Our current commission schedule is forty percent (40%) of the net sale price as specified in the Terms and Conditions. For example, most games on PlayFirst.com retail for $19.95; for each game sold during the 90 day referral period, Affiliates earn approximately $8 (minus refunds or discounts). You will get credit for all game sales from each trackable visitor for up to 90 days.

How often does My Commission Report update sales?

The reporting tool updates commissions nightly. Please remember that dollar totals are not final until the end of the month. Refunds, charge backs & other billing adjustments may affect the total listed on your end of the month report.

How often will I receive payment for affiliate sales?

PlayFirst will issue a check 30 days from the end of the calendar month in which your commissions reached the minimum $100 USD. We will also periodically email an account statement outlining the total traffic and commissions generated by your website.

How does PlayFirst keep track of each game sold?

The PlayFirst Affiliate system will track each visitor with a stored Internet cookie, process the order, and provide the product(s) downloads directly to your customer. You will get credit for all game sales trackable** to each visitor cookie for up to 90 days after the customer first clicks on one of your affiliate links.

For example: If a visitor on your site clicks a PlayFirst affiliate link on January 1st, but does not purchase a game until March 22nd, you would still get credit for that purchase and any additional purchases made through March 31st. This gives any potential purchaser 90 days in which to try and then buy multiple games.

Can I change the images provided by PlayFirst?

Affiliates are only allowed to use pre-approved PlayFirst banners and graphics to maintain the quality of game artwork. If you would like to suggest changes to an existing image, or create your own banners, please email us a sample and a PlayFirst Affiliate manager will review the submission.

What games can I sell in the PlayFirst affiliate program?

Any of the games in our catalogue. We currently offer over 100 games in our portfolio, including the hit series Diner Dash and we add several new games each month.

Who can apply to the PlayFirst Affiliate Program?

We will review all potential Affiliate applications; however, PlayFirst reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any application for any reason.
